\nCTP<\/strong> is a high-quality company, provides transportation ground services under perfect conditions with authorized vehicles, <\/strong><\/em>by full licensed professional <\/strong>drivers.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

We offer to our Agency partner<\/strong> the possibility to book our transportation services for their clients, over CTP Booking Channel<\/u><\/strong>, online platform, through email, or texting us, as well as through the mobile application. <\/u>This can be a *booking<\/strong> order, constitutes an offer by the Agency to purchase Services in accordance with these Conditions.<\/u><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

\u201cThese conditions agreement<\/strong>\u201d refer to the official terms and conditions of this document and (unless the context otherwise requires) includes any special provision or condition in a written document agreed by both business clients, you and service provider CTP.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

As AGENCY clients<\/strong> (you) enter a contract with CTP (US) for the provision of transport services (BOOKINGS).<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

We provide transportation service to you passengers always by respect.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Agreement<\/h3>\n

<\/p>\n

With this agreement as partner Agency<\/strong>, you have the right and access our channels, in order to book service transportation for your passengers\u2019 clients.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

You need to create a business profile with CTP through our channels, confirmed<\/strong> and arranged by CTP.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

CTP shall supply the Service BOOKING<\/strong> in the Territory to the Customer in accordance with the Service Description, the Conditions and all material respects, and all as set out in greater detail in CTP general terms and conditions (\u201cGeneral Terms and Conditions\u201d), which, in their then-current version, are available on website www.ctp.limo<\/a><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

CTP shall require to use an automobile that meets CTP standards<\/strong>, category classes, carries all insurance, permits, registrations and licenses required by applicable law, regulation or ordinance for operating Provider\u2019s transportation services, and to ensure that the vehicles used for the services comply with all applicable safety requirements, including required inspections, winter or all-season tires when needed, functioning safety belts for passengers and any other safety requirements in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

CTP offers to arrange for the Services in distinct booking<\/strong> classes<\/strong>, including but not limited to Business Class, MINI Van and First Class. CTP arranges for two service types: Point-to-point transfer services and as-directed services by the hour.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Agency obligation<\/strong> provides support and takes all necessary steps for technical and operational level on its side to make sure that CTP Is filled via the Solution with all necessary booking details (date, time, pick-up and drop-off location, pax number, vehicle category, welcome board information, passenger name, passenger mobile, flight or train number).<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

CTP must fulfil all accepted<\/strong> bookings in accordance with CTP General Terms and Conditions in effect on the date of such booking, and in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. It is understood, however, that CTP is under no obligation<\/strong> to accept any booking request and that CTP has the unrestricted right, in its sole discretion, to reject for any or no reason any booking request.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

CTP will provide customer support<\/strong> and fulfilment control to all Customers in a professional manner. CTP provides a customer support via e-mail, telephone for Agency partners.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Passengers\u2019 necessary data that send it to us, are not stored<\/strong> and not use it by CTP! except<\/strong> the time of transfer and for inform the passenger for details about his booking.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Booking time, Cancellations<\/strong>, Waiting Time, Additional km and No-Shows<\/strong> are defined detailing on terms and conditions as clients on www.ctp.limo<\/a>, on price show in the booking channels that CTP use for agency clients partners but you can contact and negotiate<\/strong> with CTP until last 90 min of request time.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

CTP will provide to the Agency quotation fix Rates<\/strong> applicable to Services bookings request, offered from the platforms, channels and services under this Agreement. This price is it lower than any other clients that\u2019s way must remain confidential.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Definite value price for the services all-inclusive<\/strong> for the perimeter of the city as defined and the airport, road tolls, bridge tolls, airport tolls, parking fees, baggage fees, additional passenger fees, driver gratuity, fares, indirect taxes and any other similar charges. Remember that the agency can Not charge<\/strong> from CTP extras fees for like kilometres or waiting time or any other Additional Fees without written notice from agency.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

CTP will send to Agency detailed monthly invoice<\/strong> reports, per country\/business district and per currency basis (EUR, GBP, USD) of all bookings Rides (as defined above) that occurred in the previous calendar month, including pickup date, hourly bookings, cancellations, Additional Fees (if any).<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Agency shall pay<\/strong> the invoice that arrives end of the month, in the maximum period 20 days from the date on it, via credit card or bank transfer directly to CTP account that indicate in the invoice. In the event of late payment<\/strong>, at the 21 day after, the total amount will increase 3% per month.  Any bank charges<\/strong> and\/or transaction fees (if any) shall be borne by Agency. Agency further agrees to pay CTP all reasonable costs and expenses of collection, including reasonable attorneys’ fees (if any).<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

This Agreement may be terminated<\/strong> by either party at any time as long as the other party is given written notice of said termination in the manner prescribed here in or will automatically renew as long the agency use CTP channels for bookings.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

CTP duty to maintain the confidentiality<\/strong> of the Agency clients and to not disclose any information concerning the Agency clients to any third-parties, or to attract, negotiate, directly or indirectly, unless under 60-month period after last passenger\u2019s transfer.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

All other terms and conditions<\/strong> don\u2019t find in this agreement follow the www.ctp.limo<\/a> terms and conditions.<\/p>\n
