Notes, App usage

Your app usage, is important to manage your ride and inform the passengers. Your app as driver used by CTP and passenger to locate you when driving for them.

You will use the CTP platform on Your smart phone as follow:

We start our self-preparation in the morning or before the scheduled trip, with Dress Code, at the appropriate time so we reach the customer’s reception point 5 minutes before the scheduled time in the plan of the application.

Our car is clean from the previous day, after the end of the services, looking as new. Before we leave it in the parking, we take care to clean inside and outside, body, windows, carpets and floors, luggage compartment empty, so that it looks in excellent condition, smells nice without aromas, with water and wipes in places, ready to accommodate the customers. Remember that a car that has no dust on the body and clean windows looks clean. Obviously to keep it clean do not smoke or eat inside, drink coffee or other beverage and often ventilate it by leaving the windows open.

We start for our service using the application accordingly to inform the customer and the company by pressing the start mission on app 90 min before.

We arrange our time to arrive at the point 5 minutes earlier and after finding a point or the parking, lot at the station where we will wait for the passenger, we press the button that we arrived in the pick-up point and got out of the car so that we can greet him with his name or with the 10” tablet when he approaches.

We greet politely and confirm the name and address he wants, to make sure he is not the wrong person. We open the door for him and put things in the car ourselves.

We start the course after we press the button in the application and we ask if they like Wi-Fi, music or the temperature, and we do not talk again if the passenger does not ask us. We follow the fastest easy route, since we always consult the GPS even if we know the way, for any problems in it, by inform the passengers if they like different route.

We reach the point of disembarkation and after we open the door of the passenger, we put things on his doorstep, or we help him to check in depending if hotel or station a train or airport. We thank him for the trust, we know in advance if he has to pay or not for the service, and after we greet him and they leave first, return to the car to press the key that the race is over. We check the car if it forgot something and everything is in place and we prepare for the next customer by dusting inside and outside, renewing the water, disinfectants and of course fresh air inside.

Always the first contact is the one that remains as an image, a car like new and a driver Lord with a smile.

As user and partner driver of the app you must perform all rides you accept with respect to the low and conditions professionalism as righting here.

When you accept to perform a ride for CTP, you agree to ensure that will adhere to these standards.
